Our salmon filets and salmon portions, like our salmon blocks, come from top-class salmon that has been reared in Chilean Patagonia. This region is optimal for production because of its stable temperature conditions, ideal oxygenation conditions and high levels of nutrients in the waters.
Best quality salmon
We set stringent requirements for our suppliers to ensure you get the best sustainable quality. Experts recommend that people eat fish at least twice a week, because fish contains high levels of Omega 3 fatty acids. Fish is one of nature’s healthiest foods, and salmon in particular has very high levels of proteins, antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids.
